Jason Kendig Inspired by the electronic music emanating from Detroit’s airwaves while coming of age in the 1990s, Jason Kendig has been immersed in the dance music community for over two decades. From his first residency at Detroit’s infamous club Motor to his residency at Chicago’s highly lauded Smart Bar and as an integral member of Honey Soundsystem–a queer collective of musicians, artists and DJs known for elevating nightlife in San Francisco and beyond–Jason never fails to make others move through his ability to reference dance music’s past yet keeping an ear to the future. Archie Archie’s life-long musical journey has been a head-first dive into a deep pool of kaleidoscopic sounds – and that’s a journey he takes his listeners on, too. Since his early musical introduction via the punk and experimental scenes, Archie has been warmly embracing any and all musical forms that he can find a way to fit into his ever-expanding mental library. A key player among numerous revered musical projects, including the SCRUBS! collective in his hometown of Jakarta, and the Bali-based experimental trio Fraktal, Archie is a force for broadening sonic horizons.
